Refund & Exchange
- If you found out that wrong items has been sent to you, please contact us immediately.
- All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition and the original product packaging.
- Returns item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you.
- All merchandise once used, it will considered sold and not returnable, not exchangeable and not refundable.
- Returned products must be shipped back within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- We reserve the right to deny returns if the items does not meet our return policy guidelines.
- Strictly no return for sales or promotion items.
Shipping & Delivery
- For returning item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable except we made mistake during the shipping process.
- Once your order have been packed, an SMS/email will be sent to you to inform that your order has been dispatched. The consignment note to track your order’s status will be included in the SMS/email.
